Hi, I'm Ronbo Fan — a chef, baker, and lifelong kitchen enthusiast. For as long as I can remember, the kitchen has been my favorite room in any home. There's something magical about turning a handful of simple ingredients into something that brings people together.

My journey started with a bag of bread flour and a lot of curiosity. What began as weekend sourdough experiments quickly turned into an all-consuming love for baking — and eventually, cooking more broadly. I taught myself through trial, error, and a lot of eaten mistakes.

What I Believe

I believe the best food doesn't need to be complicated. A perfectly crusty loaf of bread, a flaky croissant still warm from the oven, a simple tart made with care — these are the things that make a meal feel like a gift.
